Roasted Brussels sprouts


4 cups of Brussels sprouts
1 cup of blueberries
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
orange peel
1/2 cup of honey
Salt and pepper to taste


Wash the Brussels sprouts alright. Remove the lower part of the stem a touch. Spread the Brussels sprouts and therefore the blueberries on a baking tray. during a medium bowl, mix the vegetable oil, melted butter, cinnamon, and orange peel. Sprinkle the Brussels sprouts and therefore the blueberries. Sprinkle the honey on the Brussels sprouts and blueberries, too. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake during a preheated oven at 200ºC degrees for 25-30 minutes, stirring the Brussels sprouts every 5 minutes. they’re going to be done when the surface of the Brussels sprouts is golden and crisp.
